• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work well with clients and professionals
• Competent fluency of both English and target language, and is familiar with formal grammar in both languages
• Ability to dress semi-professional to all appointments
• Can interpret in both fast paced medical and business settings
• Has access to reliable transportation to and from interpreting appointments
